Phase 1: Strategic Living Space Expansion

Gable End: New 3rd Bedroom

We maximised room proportions by opening into the roof space to increase the perceived room size while retaining character through exposed beams.
Gable End: Comprehensive bathroom renovation

We designed a bathroom with character, featuring a traditional bath, premium fixtures including a floor-mounted tap, toilet, and basin.

Phase 2: Modern Layout Reconfiguration

Open-Plan Living

We removed internal walls to integrate the living room, the dining area and the kitchen. The whole living space has improved flow and usability, bringing in lots of natural light.
Bespoke Kitchen Extension

We designed and constructed a new kitchen extension, maximising storage capacity and space with custom cabinetry, quartz work surfaces, sink, premium ironmongery and integrated appliances.
Bedroom Remodeling

We reconfigured the bedroom to maximise space usage whilst adding bespoke wardrobes, improving bed positioning and general usage.
Ensuite Remodelling

We completely renovated the ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, sanitary ware replacement and modern fixtures. Its high-quality finish maximises space, light and usage.
Outdoor living area

We transformed the existing lawn into an elegant outdoor living space featuring a private patio with natural stone paving. The design incorporated raised planting beds, a stylish outdoor fireplace, and convenient access stairs, creating the perfect setting for outdoor dining and relaxation.
